I think these Nike Auto Trainer sneakers are perfect for Zumba class. They are light weight and flexible. They let you pivot and in my opinion offers cushioning for the jumping movements in class. I like them so much that I'm going to wear them during Krav Maga. The Nike Auto program is back at it. Good news, We get a first look at the upcoming Nike Air 180 Infrared, the combination of a classic Nike sneaker and a classic Nike colorway. if you’re some sort of primitive dude who dislikes adding innovation like Lunarlite to classics like the Air 180: the shoe will continue seeing releases in its original incarnation. The Nike Air 180 “Infrared” will release alongside the Air Max 90 of the same colorway, and features a largely suede light grey upper with bits of white mesh and red plastic around the heel and in the air pocket. We tore apart the Autoclave devolution to our favourite Nike models  but we couldn't shake a grudging acceptance of the Dunk High AC. Picked up a pair of these for my GF in the Black/Grey Colorway.She is in LOVE with them, we saw the other combos at NikeTown and MIGHT pick up the purples but the only issue is getting them on and off, you have to loosen the laces ALL the way down the shoe to get them on and while you COULD replace the laces to mix the colors.I would advise against since they are special due to them resting on your foot don't want to have rubbing issues! I am so in love with these shoes! i'm glad i was able to get them just in time for spring. they look great with a pair of skinny jeans, leggings, and even shorts. i've gotten a lot of compliments from strangers too. not only do they look great, but they feel super comfortable and are light.
